Bulawayo:

Bulawayo is the 2nd largest city in Zimbabwe after Harare and has a population of about 0.7 million people. Bulawayo is a major centre for commerce and industry. The city is linked to other parts of the country by road with buses offering regular transport from here. Air Zimbabwe also offers flights from the Harare Airport.

Tourist attractions in or near Bulawayo:

Apart from industry and trade, Bulawayo is also home to a tourism industry. The city is situated within easy reach of some of Zimbabwe’s key tourist attractions such as the; Matopo Game Reserve, Chipangall Wildlife Orphanage, Hwange National Park and Victoria Falls.

Interesting places to visit in Bulawayo include; the Ascot Race Course, the National Art Gallery, National Museum and National Gallery. Bulawayo is also an entertaining city with shops, Movie Theater, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Sports in Bulawayo: The city has for decades experienced world class cricket action and regularly hosts cricket matches between the Zimbabwean National team and visiting nations.
