Casablanca Airport:
The
Mohammed V International Airport is the chief airport in Morocco
catering for the bulk of international and domestic flights arriving
and departing from Casablanca.
The airport is named in honor of
King Mohammed V; a former ruler of Morocco. The airport is
situated about 28 km from the city centre and is linked by
a reliable
shuttle service. There are also taxis which serve the airport
24 hours
a day.
The airport is the main hub for Royal Air Maroc, the country’s
national airline. Other airlines operating flights to and from
here are; Air France, Egypt Air, Air Algerie, Emirates, Lufthansa,
Iberia Airlines, Tunisair, Turkish Airlines, Alitalia, Air
Malta, Air Senegal International.
