Transport in Djibouti:

The road network in Djibouti is fairly developed. The Country is linked to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia by a rail link which terminates at Djibouti City.

The City is also home to an important harbor which provides a key terminal for import and export goods and also cargo on transit to neighboring landlocked countries. Public transport within the country consists of buses and minivans. Taxis are also available and are more prominent in the city of Djibouti.

Air Transport:

The Ambouli International airport in Djibouti City is the key international airport in the country and the sole international airport. There are also a number of small airstrips around the country. Djibouti Airlines operates to a number of international destinations including; Dubai, Addis Ababa and Somaliland.
