The Country has over 80 distinct languages and dialects including; Amharic, Tigrinya, Oromigna, Guaragigna, Somali, Arabic, Bussa, Berto, Hadiya, Konso, Ongota and Saho. English is the main foreign language and is taught in most schools in the country.
