Lusaka Flights:
There
are a number of airlines that offer regular scheduled flights to
Lusaka. The Zambian capital is home to the Lusaka International
Airport which is the busiest in the country. The airport is home
to Zambian Airways which flies regularly from Lusaka to a number
of regional and domestic destinations including; Mfuwe, Livingstone,
Lower Zambezi, Ndola, Chipata, Harare and Johannesburg.
The airport is situated about 25 km from the city centre and
public transport from here into Lusaka consists of minibuses
and buses. Taxis are also available and car hire services can
be found at the airport’s terminal building.
Other airlines offering regular flights to Lusaka are; Nationwide
Airlines, Kenya Airways, Air Malawi, Ethiopian Airlines, Air
Zimbabwe.
