Mali Flag:

The present day flag of Mali was adopted on the 1st of March 1961 to replace a number of versions that had existed prior to independence. The flag features the Pan African colors of red, green and gold.

Red is for the blood shed and sacrifice during the struggle for independence, green is for nature and the country’s agricultural resources and yellow is for the mineral wealth.
