Seychelles:
The
Seychelles Islands are a popular holiday destination for many tourists,
honeymooners and leisure travelers. These beautiful islands are
blessed with some of the best unsoiled beaches on the Indian Ocean,
with friendly tropical weather conditions around the year and clear
waters that are a haven for a variety of water sports. The country
is served by the Seychelles International Airport situated on the
Island of Mahe. There are a number of airlines that fly regularly
here.
Mahe Island and Victoria:
Victoria and the Island of Mahe are home to some of the leading
resorts and hotels in the Seychelles. Many of these are within
easy reach of the beautiful beaches on offer. Other interesting
places to visit are; the Seychelles National History Museum,
the Seychelles Natural History Museum and the local market. There
are also a number of good restaurants and bars here.
Aride Island: this island declared a protected reserve is home
to a number of unique bird species found nowhere else in the
world including; Terns, Noddies, Frigatebirds, Brush Warblers
and Shearwaters.
